Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans including Northeast Delta Dental, Delta Dental Premier Plans, MetLife, Guardian, and Cigna. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Salem Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan, CareCredit. Please see our Scheduling Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of treatment.  To assist the patient, Salem Dentistry offers a number of payment options.  We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.  Many of our patients with large treatments can utilize our in-office plan,  CareCredit.  CareCredit offers a variety of payment plans including a 12-month zero percent interest payment option.

Financing Options
